We are lucky enough to be teaching people to sail on some of the best sailing grounds in the world. The Thousand Islands are our backyard and provide a wealth of picturesque passages and anchorages. A two hour drive from Toronto and Montreal, it’s great to be located in one of Canada’s most historic cities and home of Queen’s University as well as the Royal Military College.

Our sail training program was developed by the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) in the UK and is recognised as a global leader in the sport of sailing. The Principal, Fintan Hartnett, is a commercially certified Captain and RYA Yachtmaster Instructor with over fifteen years of professional experience in the yachting industry. He and his team of passionate sailing professionals are keen to pass on their knowledge and skills. All Topmast instructors are qualified by the RYA for our classes.
